This Privacy Policy explains how Sampark Enterprise ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal data when you visit this website or contact us about a credit card enquiry.
1. Who we are
Sampark Enterprise provides credit card enquiry and application assistance in India. We are not a bank or NBFC and do not issue credit cards. Contact details are listed on our Contact page.
2. Information we collect
- Enquiry details you provide: full name, mobile number, city and the card category you are interested in.
- Consent record: the consent statement you accepted and the time you accepted it.
- Campaign information: the advertising source of your visit (for example UTM parameters), the page you landed on and the referring website.
- Messages: anything you choose to send us on WhatsApp, phone or email.
We never ask for card PINs, CVVs, OTPs, passwords, net-banking logins or other banking credentials. Please do not share them with us or anyone else.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and contact you by phone, SMS or WhatsApp about it.
- To help you understand card options and assist with your application.
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising (only with your consent, see section 6).
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Sharing with banks and financial partners
With your consent, we may share your enquiry details with the relevant bank or financial institution solely so it can process your credit card request. That institution will handle your data under its own privacy policy and may carry out its own verification and credit checks. We do not sell your personal data.
We may also use service providers (such as hosting, form-processing or messaging tools) who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations.
6. Cookies and the Meta Pixel
This site works without optional cookies. If enabled, we use the Meta Pixel to understand how our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads perform — for example, to count page visits, contact clicks and completed enquiries. You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
